  1. Defective Products:

    • Items ordered from our store can be returned for a refund if they are in an unopened (sealed) state.

  3. Return Window:

    • Any item purchased from us can be returned within 7 days of purchase as long as it is not opened, used, damaged, tried, or altered in any way.
  4. Inspection and Restocking Fee:

    • Each returned item will undergo inspection. Items may be subject to a restocking fee.
    • Our appraiser judges the restocking fee which may go as high as 25%.
    • Not all items are eligible for return.
  5. Non-Acceptance of Returns:

    • We do not accept returns for reasons not attributable to us.

*Warranty Info:

All our products carry a full one year warranty from the date of purchase. The product will be serviceable or parts replaced, at the description of our technician, at our service center in Mumbai, India only. Customers can ship the product in a safe packaging via India post or any private couriers paid by the customer. We, in turn, will repair (without labor charges) or replace any parts and send the product back to our customers at our company’s expense. The average time from the time we receive the product in issue covering warranty after service rendered and shipped back to our customer is around 7 days.

Our product carries a warranty against all manufacturing defects only. Any wear and tear, damage by customer (intentional or unintentional), product abuse or misuse while product use or otherwise, or damage or loss due to act of God like natural disasters, accidents, etc., is not carried by our product warranty. All our products are covered by warranties only if the customer maintain or use the product as directed. Any tampering or modifying or using spare parts purchased from other vendors into our products or replacing unauthorized spare parts into our products will render the warranty void. Our products are meant for single customer use only any multi-partner use will render the warranty null and void.

We use the best reputable courier available at your location for the best handling and delivery service. We also ensure strict quality checks and safe packaging guidelines for all our product packages. We recommend recording an unboxing video of the product for your added safety measure.

Please check the condition of the product as soon as you open the package after delivery and if any defects or damage inform our sales or technical help department immediately or latest within 24 hours. It is important that you save the invoice and order number for future communication with the company.
